Welcome to New Jersey Mold Professionals, the Indoor Air Quality ("IAQ") and mold website for August Compliance Solutions, Inc.  We offer professional indoor air quality and mold services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients in New Jersey and the region. 

Obviously, this site is currently under construction.  However, much of the site is completed and fully functional so please feel free to explore.  We are working to make this site a comprehensive resource for those interested in improving their indoor air quality at home or at work and those with specific air quality issues that need to be addressed.  We will work hard to provide you with as much information as you need to make the proper decisions relating to air quality that may affect you, your family, friends, co-workers, or employees.

We do not do mold remediation

Don't worry.  We will not try to sell you mold remediation, cleanup, waterproofing, or any products.  That is not what we do.  We are consultants, engineers, and scientists.  We help you determine if you have a problem and how to address the problem if it exists through inspection, investigation, testing with instruments, laboratory analysis, and other methodologies at our disposal.  Our work may be as simple as a visual inspection or in the case of illnesses, serious problems, or litigation may include DNA analysis.  We only perform the work that is needed to address the project objectives or problem at hand.  

We are not affiliated with any remediation, waterproofing, or restoration contractors.  However, if it is required, we will help you find experienced, qualified, reputable, and honest contractors through the bid process.  We can manage any part of your project or all of it if you prefer.  Our goal will be to provide the level of service you need to meet and exceed your expectations.
