L. De Vico, President of August Compliance Solutions, Inc., is a Registered
Environmental Professional, Registered Environmental Manager, a Certified
Hazardous Materials Manager, a Certified Safety Specialist, and an
environmental engineer with over 35 years of indoor air quality, environmental,
and safety
experience within industry and as a consultant.
Mr. De Vico is considered an expert in the field of Indoor Air Quality and microbial (fungi/bacteria) investigations including testing for Anthrax. He has been conducting indoor air quality ("IAQ") and environmental assessments for over 35-years and has conducted more than 300 residential, commercial, and industrial IAQ and mold investigations.
His IAQ
experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial sites throughout
the country and abroad. Clients include
Fortune 500 companies, large financial institutions, banks, securities firms, chemical and
manufacturing industries, physician's offices, relocation companies, and institutions such as

Vico’s extensive and diverse experience includes: industrial hygiene,
health and safety, environmental, transportation , and fire protection
consulting; emergency planning; manufacturing and chemical plant management;
manufacturing plant management; hazardous materials emergency response;
radiation safety, electronics research and development; environmental
engineering; laboratory and process plant design, plant decommissioning;
firefighting; fire investigations; compliance program development; and
training. He has experience as a
municipal and industrial HazMat team member, industrial emergency
coordinator, municipal firefighter, and fire/arson investigator.
He has provided expert testimony on environmental and safety
issues including representing clients in Federal Court, New Jersey Superior
Court, and Worker’s
Mr. DeVico has conducted employee training throughout the nation.
His extensive experience combined with
his detailed knowledge of environmental, safety, and transportation
regulations enables him to ensure regulatory compliance for any type of
